In the pursuit of sustainability, the own fruit & vegetable farm serves the need for ecologically correct food. An in-house beekeeping confirms the excellent ecology of the refuge. Surpluses are put into external animal welfare (organic meat) for recovery. The cow dung is in turn used as an organic fertilizer on the farm.
