Its own aquaculture (sea weed, sea shell, fish) is to ensure the long-term need for healthy fish! The prerequisite is an environmentally friendly and sustainable rearing with the latest findings.
Sea weed is a nutrient-rich food of the future. For it to be healthy, seaweed must come from unpolluted seawater. The reason it is continually touted as „good for you“ is because it not only contains interesting levels of minerals, vitamins and proteins found in our more traditional foods – seaweeds, predominantly the brown macro algae, contain something unique. Fucoidans, alginates and laminarins. These three don’t exist in land based produce. And precisely those compounds offer very interesting health benefits.
We want to combine conventional and innovative technologies to cover sustainable the future demand of organic food.
