The presentation of the properties as well as the infrastructure is visually in the mediterranean style and supplemented with the latest regenerative technology. Natural building materials are combined with intelligent (energy-saving) construction and equipped with solar cells and energy storage (Tesla) to optimize energy efficiency. Cooling, heating and water consumption should be reduced to a minimum. Own energy production (solar field, solar roofs, wind kites) support the positive ecological balance. As well as possible we would like to live self-sufficiently.

In the interior, depending on the object, the high-quality natural materials suggest a sense of individual style and nobility!

The project is embedded in a „sea“ of professionally managed vineyards of the affiliated in-house winery, which are only subdivided by natural stone paths. The infrastructure of cypresses, olive trees and palm trees is complemented at the crossroads. Masterplan →
