Montenegro is one of the cleanest countries in South-Europe with a predominantly untouched nature and offers largely the conditions for the successful implementation of the project.

Clean water and beaches, good air and less environmental pollution are important reasons. This also includes good transport links, excellent roads and airports. The central location in southern Europe and the harmonious political situation bring further advantages.

The wider main roads (4 meters) will also be accessible to trucks through an asphalt substructure. The smaller paths (2 meters) are laid out in natural stone in southern-roman style. Efficient drainage and water supply is mandatory. Electricity should be laid underground. WiFi on the entire resort especially in the area of real estate is a „must have“.
